Our Service is a SaaS product automatically saving media from Reddit profiles to our customer's personal Google Drive. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our sole discretion without prior notice.

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree not to share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & Payment
- Using some features of the service may require a paid subscription (e.g. "RedGems Autopilot”).
- Payment terms, billing cycles, and pricing are outlined on our website.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
- No refunds are provided unless required by law.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved through Kantonsgericht St. Gallen in Switzerland.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
